customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.Regardless of background we will provide a thorough in-house training with regards to both our products as well as our customer service.
Working hours will be changing according to customer needs.

要求:The Candidate has to be:
- fluent in Japanese and able to speak to Japanese customers on a high business level.
- fluent in English, as this is the corporate language
- able to work goal oriented and independently
- possess good computer skills as our system Dynamics AX 4.0 along with the telephone will be the most important daily work tool
- outgoing and committed to the tasks at hand
