・経営計画に基づいた店舗運営をマネジメント
・レストラン全体の予算管理、衛生管理、従業員管理、店舗管理等のマネジメント
・レストランスタッフ管理、育成フォローなど
Plan, staff, direct, execute, manage and control decisions and actions as decided by the Board from time to time;
Discuss with fellow directors. formulate business strategy for approval by the Board. and implement plans of action as decided by the Board
overall manage, supervise, report and control the business operations of the Restaurant including the regular production to the board of management and financial reports as well as tmely implementation of follow-up actions;
overall performance of the Restaurant in terms of financial results, customers and employee relationships, hygiene conditions and safety standards; and
other duties as mutually agreed upon between the Executive and the Board for the well-being and business development of the Restaurant.
