Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to development and implementation of DCM business strategy especially in Japanese and Chinese issuers and expansion of distribution;
2. Responsible for delivering the Office's budget achievement especially in Japanese and Chinese issuer's revenue co-working with team member directed by Senior Bankers;
3. Make origination pitches, execute and settle the deals, and keep good relationship with issuers, investors and regulators related to DCM business;
4. Reach the target, visit client domestically and globally especially in Japanese and Chinese issuers and potential bond investors;
5. Do administration work including portfolio management report, revising market value in each investment, and other reporting documents. |
